1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Provillian Services website, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Descriptions

Provillian Services provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services, including but not limited to furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, zone control systems, UV air purifiers, media filters, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and plumbing services.

Services are offered within our designated service area (see Section 12). Availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

3. Estimates, Quotes & Billing

All estimates or quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Final invoices will reflect actual services rendered, including any approved changes made during service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Financing may be available through approved third-party lenders, subject to credit approval.

4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

Services are performed with professional skill and care.

Products and parts installed are covered by manufacturer warranties, where applicable.

Our workmanship warranty details will be provided at the time of service.

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or conditions beyond our control.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

Customers must ensure that service areas are accessible and free from hazards.

For duct and vent services, furniture or belongings near work areas should be moved prior to our arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe working conditions are present.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected only to provide services and manage your account.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill contracted services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Provillian Services website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Provillian Services and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimers

Information on our website is provided for general purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional typographical errors or omissions may occur.

All HVAC systems require regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance; failure to maintain equipment may void warranties.

10. Force Majeure

Provillian Services is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, power outages, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Clayton County.

12. Service Area

We provide HVAC and plumbing services within Clayton County and surrounding counties within a 50 mile radius. Service outside this area may be subject to additional travel charges or availability limitations.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.

14. SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number when booking an appointment, requesting service, or filling out any form on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Provillian Services Heating & Air.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency will vary based on your appointments and service needs, but you will not receive more than 4 promotional messages per month.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation text and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.
